How I help depends on you, your symptoms and your health goals. By understanding your health history, diet, environment and lifestyle I am able to create a nutrition plan with realistic changes that work towards overall improved wellbeing.


The plan will support and guide you through your health milestones and will enable you to make a positive lifelong transformation.


Occasionally, I may recommend testing through your GP or functional diagnostics to get a deeper insight to support your plan. Sometimes short term supplementation is beneficial alongside dietary and lifestyle changes.

What's the first step?

The consultation

During the consultation we will focus on food and how this will support you long term. I offer one to one consultations in person or over Skype and work with people all over the UK. Our ongoing conversations are an opportunity to discuss all elements of your health and lifestyle and where we can adapt practices to fit in with your routine. Acknowledge that your food and/or lifestyle may be contributing to how you feel.

We discuss your health history, food, lifestyle & environment to identify what is making you feel the way you do.

I walk you through your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan to begin your journey. It will contain advice and recommendations for both the short and long term.

We phase in your food and lifestyle changes and track the affects. Everything will be realistic and bespoke to you and your way of life. 

You will have the knowledge to maintain the goals achieved, while working towards others with my support and guidance when needed.
