Rebecca Rama

Dip NT, mBANT, CNHC

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in supporting people with Digestive Health issues, low energy, poor sleep, hormone fluctuations, weight management and optimising wellbeing.

My interest into nutrition came after suffering from my own personal symptoms and poor health. As a teen I was plagued with digestive issues, terrible acne, fluctuating weight and low energy that continued in to my early 20's. I was sick of dieting and trying different medications. I started to look elsewhere for a solution.

After doing my own research, I soon found a common theme relating to food and stress management techniques. I made changes to my diet and lifestyle and was overwhelmed with how my symptoms changed. After experiencing the positive influence of food and lifestyle practices, I decided to become as a Nutritional Therapist so I can help others.

I now work clients and businesses all over the world via Zoom.
